Introduction

Here at Apersibli, we value excellence in our jewels and service to you. We realize returns are an unfortunate reality sometimes, but we're determined to make this as transparent and smooth a process as possible. This Return Policy describes the terms and process for returning products purchased from Apersibli.

Return Eligibility

To be returnable, an item should meet the following conditions:

  • State: Jewellery should be returned in its original, unused condition and should not have been worn or altered in any manner. The item should be returned along with all original packaging, including boxes, pouches, and certificates of authenticity.
  • Timeframe: A return request should be initiated within 7-10 days from the date of delivery. No return requests will be accepted after this time period.
  • Proof of Purchase: In order to complete such a return process for anything, we require an effective and valid receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return Something

To start the return process, please do the following:

  • Customer Service Contact: We request that you provide your order number, describe the item that is to be returned, and mention the reason behind the return of the item to our customer support executive.
  • Package the Merchandise: Wrap the jewellery securely in original packaging to prevent damage during shipment. Enclose a copy of the original receipt.

Return Shipping

Shipping Costs: Unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, or a defective product, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item, Apersibli will be happy to cover the return shipping cost.

Processing Returns

Items returned will be checked upon receipt for return criteria. Return processing usually takes approximately 5-7 business days. Once approved the confirmation email will be sent and a refund will be processed.

  • Refund Method: Refund is to be made in the original method of payment used to make the purchase. If a gift card was used the amount will be put into the gift card balance.
  • Amount: Refunds will include merchandise cost but will have handling charges deducted unless the return was our error.
  • Timing: Please allow 7-10 business days depending on your bank or provider for this credit to be reflected in your account.

Exchanges

No Direct Exchanges:

We do not have direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please start the return of the original item for a refund and then place a new order for your desired item.

Defective or Incorrect Item

If your item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us at our customer service team immediately, so we can help with processing a return and sending a replacement or providing a full refund including any shipping costs you've paid to get the item back to us.
